Garments Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the children’s garments you’ve received, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Only regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.

  Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration.

• Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process

• Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or packing slip.
